Description
Modern Japanese(?) yellow paper ruler. There are 2 scales on either edge, each of different types of [Japanese character resembling R] (R = 30.3 & R = 38), the former are units of nearly 1½ inch, other 1-&-three-16ths inch, both divided in 10ths; the back is blank. The folds on the paper imply that it may have been a ribbon-type book wrapper.
