Folding Metal Ruler in Black Plastic Slipcase

Modern metal (steel) folding ruler - possible Japanese or Chinese - stored in a black plastic slipcase. Metal folding ruler with 5 segments, each pivot. The ruler measures 1 metre and it shows the number of cms increasing by tens in mms. The number of inches are marked with the 'Chinese character for 3' and the 'Japanese character resembling R', the inches are divided into 20ths except for the 1st which is in 50ths. The number of inches in 16ths except the first 3 which are in 32nds and the fourth which is in 64ths. Black plastic slipcase, with one end opening. There is a mock leather detailing on the surface.
