Description

A fitted mahogany tray that contains parts of a microscope including: a concave mirror in a horseshoe mount; two lenses in eyecups; a pillar with an arm to support lenses or a body tube and rack work along one side; a mill-edged knob; four copper alloy rods with screw threads at one end and a post with a thread at one and a pinhole near the other capable of holding the mount for the mirror.
