Description
A micrometre eyepiece with a mill-edged screw on a plate which adjusts the placement of the spherical lens inside the micrometre. There is another mill-edged screw which turns a tooth-edged cog on the micrometre. The inner tube slides up and down the shaft and has a gauge from 10-60. The micrometre is housed in a leather-covered box with a pressure-button release, hinged lid. Inside, the box is lined with red fabric and has a support for the instrument.
