Description

1. Splints and shields for very early chambers.

2. Very early chamber with 2mm. plug and wide flange.

3. Early chamber with 3mm. plug & central 1mm. plug.

4. Solid 3mm. plug to replace #3 after injury to central area.

5. Chamber with 2mm, plug with narrow flange.

6. Chamber with 3mm. plug & eccentric silver pin.

7. Complete chamber, 2nd type, with covers & 8mm. table.

8. Base of chamber with 5mm, table.

9. Base of chamber with 5mm. table and silver pin.

10. Circular 3-holed covers.

11. Three-holed covers shaped for lightness.

12. Four-bolt chamber with 8mm table.

13. Covers for 4-bolt chambers.

14. Special lid with 3 access pins from above.

15. Chambers used by E.M.J. pugatch for investigating "pseudoendothelium".

16. Base with copper alloy fitting for inserting bolts (right) and removing them (left).

17. Forceps adapted for removing covers.

18. Extensions for bolts on underside of chamber when cartilage had overgrown.

19. A specially deep ring sometimes used for the same purpose.
