Description

Marconi Bellini-Tosi Direction Finder, with double index, copper and steel? cylindrical rotating core and dovetailed teak case (sides cut away to reveal interior). Topped by ebonite surface with bakelite knob and dial marked "DIRECTION FINDER" (scale 0-360). With twelve brass terminals: two pairs on the left hand side (marked "TO SEARCH COILS") and four pairs on the right-hand side (marked "A" - "H"). Previously associated with Instruction Manual For The Marconi Direction Finder Type No. 6 (Inv. Num. 23434).
