Description
Copper alloy reflecting microscope with a concave mirror objective and a Huygenian eyepiece fitted in either end, on folding tripod base onto which a compass hinge attaches the barrel. Extending from the nose of the barrel is triangular rack work that holds the spring-loaded stage, a condenser, and a Plano-concave mirror. This is stored in a fitted mahogany case with a key, this contains accessories comprising three concave mirror objectives, two Huygenian eyepieces, three Lieberkühn's, stage forceps, copper alloy tweezers, a stage cup, a stage clip, eight glass discs, an ivory slider and two pins for stage work.
