Description
Gold circular metal base supporting metal pole. Base has 2 screw-top dials with wooden bases. Inscription on base "W-Ladd & Co. London". At top of pole are 2 moving disc mechanisms, one horizontal, one vertical. At top, circular metal component with 2 small arms. One face of component metal, one has black material with slight raised section.
