Description
Four arms at right angles with a quadrant scale joining two of them. Each arm has a removable sight; one pair each have alternating slit and thread sights; the other pair consists of a slit sight and a thread sight. Presumably at least an index and possibly a compass are missing. Mounted on a socket.
