Semi-fitted wooden box, with metal clasps and leather strap.
Contains 81 3¼-inch square glass lantern slides used in lectures at the Dyson
Perrins Laboratory, Oxford, consisting of organic chemistry formulae, many
handwritten, together with some portraits of chemists, photographs of
industrial plant, and coloured diagrams of industrial chemistry processes. Some
of the slides are by Stanley J. Coleman, London.
